Products can be returned for credit for approved reasons including but not limited to defective or damaged products or adverse reactions.
Rosehill reserves the right to reject a return request for any reason, including but not limited to, expired product, buyer’s remorse.
Product must be at least half-full.
Upon refund approval, for credit card only, a 2.5% service fee may be applied.
Missing/damaged products in each order must be reported within 3 business days of receipt.
Photos or return of product at the consumer's expense may be required before credit is granted.
Return requests will be processed in the order in which they are received.
All Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
We recommend you use this space to describe what your user can and cannot do on your site, and to make it clear what is expected of your site visitors. This is a legally binding statement and can protect you and your company, when it complies with applicable laws, from lawsuits and other legal action.
